This is an attractive sandy/rocky beach in the north of Pembrokeshire, located between Porthgain and Abereiddy. The beach is surrounded by towering cliffs and provides plenty of space once the tide is out.
This beach is another that is often empty because it is not easy to get to. It is only accessible from the Coast Path and is a fairly long walk from the nearest road or car parks, however it is totally worth it.

If you are walking from Abereiddy, you will walk past the spectacular Blue Lagoon on route to the beach. Once at Traeth Llyfn, there are some long, very steep stairs to navigate to get to the shore.
Once you have made it, there is plenty of sand and rock pools to explore and enjoy.
There is no car parking at the beach itself. You will need to either park at Abereiddy or at Porthgain and walk along the coast path to the beach. It is approximately a mile walk on the coast path from both Abereiddy (SA62 6DT) and Porthgain car parks (SA62 5BN). Parking is free at Porthgain, but a charge applies at Abereiddy.
There are no toilets at the beach, however there are public toilets at both Abereiddy and Porthgain car parks.
There are no facilities at the beach itself. However there are places to eat and drink at nearby Porthgain.
It is not accessible for anyone with limited mobility.
