Church Doors Cove domineering high cliffs surround this bay. Shrinkle Haven was, for many years, cut off from the outside world, as it was part of an RAF missile-testing site. However, since this has stopped the bay has become accessible.
Access is via Church Doors Cove, using some steep steps from the coast path. At low tide, you can walk around the Limestone ridge to Skrinkle Haven or alternatively, there is a route through an arch. Please note that this can be slippy and in both cases, please keep a close watch on the tides.
There are no facilities at this secluded bay. The nearest facilities can be found at Manorbier or Lydstep.
