Beach Overview

This is a small bay where a good sweep of sand is sandwiched in-between the headland and rocks that pepper the shoreline. At lower tides there is enough sand to offer sufficient space for beach activities, with the added attraction of rock pools dotted about the sands.

The coast path takes you from here to Whitesands beach with its amenities. It is also possible to walk between the two at low tides.

The beach is accessed via the coast path and is therefore not regarded as suitable for those in wheelchairs or with buggies.

There are no facilities at all here. The nearest are along the coast path at Whitesands. .
